立式水輪發電機組垂直振動的分析及處理

摘要: 水輪發電機組振動原因復雜，相對于水平振動而言，機組的垂直振動破壞性更大、原因更復雜。通過對某水電廠機組垂直振動的分析，排除了機械振動、電磁振動，對水力振動的分析與驗證，確認垂直振動源來自于A、B腔壓力脈動，經調整上下梳齒、上下止漏環間隙值及同心度，機組各類工況下振動值均較以前降低，半年多的運行情況良好。

Analysis and Treatment of Vertical Vibration of Vertical Hydro-turbine Generator Units

Abstract: The vibration of hydro-turbine generator units is usually of complicated reasons．While the vertical vibration of the units is of much more destructiveness and more complex causes．The abnormal vertical vibration of the generator unit in a hydropower station is analyzed．It is found that the vibration is not mechanical or electro-magnetic．In-depth analysis on the hydraulic vibration shows that it is due to the pressure fluctuation in A and B cavities．Then，the upper and lower comb teeth，and the clearance and concentricity of the upper and lower sealing rings are adjusted properly．With the treatment，the vibration of the unit under various working conditions is much lower and the unit operates well for more than half a year．
